Simply Cough Usage: Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant used to relieve dry, hacking cough.

How to use Simply Cough: Take this pill by mouth as prescribed. do not increase your dose or take this more often than directed.

Simply Cough side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, nausea, vomiting, or stomach ache may occur the first several days as your body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre pharmacist. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, nervousness, confusion. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre healthcare professional or physician.

Simply Cough Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional if you have: lung problems (e.g., asthma, emphysema), allergies (especially medication allergies). this medication must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with you're physician. since small amounts of it medication are found in breast milk, consult you're pharmacist before breast-feeding.

Simply Cough drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription med you use, especially of: MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). do not start or stop any medicine with out healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.

Simply Cough Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Simply Cough special notes: If cough worsens, last for longer than one week or is accompanied by high fever, notify you're pharmacist.

If you missed Simply Cough dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Simply Cough Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 & 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in the bathroom.
