    Guaifenesin with codeine - oral

    Gani Tuss Nr Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Codeine is used to quiet a cough. it combination medication is used to control cough & congestion associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.

    How to use Gani Tuss Nr: Take this tablet with food if stomach upset occurs. Take this medication as directed. do not increase dose or take it more many times or longer than prescribed. this is strong cough medication and must only be used since condition & by the people for which it is prescribed. this shouldn't be used for just any cough. it is helpful to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.

    Gani Tuss Nr side effects: Drowsiness, constipation, stomach upset, nausea, vomiting, dizziness or headache may occur the first several days as some your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your healthcare professional. Notify you're doctor if you develop: skin rash, itching, rapid heart rate. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

    Gani Tuss Nr Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), substance abuse, allergies (especially to narcotics). Because this medication can cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness & avoid consuming alcohol. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. since it isn't known if this medication is found in breast milk; consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.

    Gani Tuss Nr drug interactions: Tell some your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: sedatives, tranquilizers, narcotic pain relievers, sleeping pills, seizure tablet, muscle relaxants, meds for depression, cimetidine, quinidine. don't start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.

    Gani Tuss Nr Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include slowed breathing, drowsiness, deep sleep or loss about consciousness, cold & clammy skin, dry mouth, and slow pulse.

    Gani Tuss Nr special notes: do not share this product with others.

    If you missed Gani Tuss Nr dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' doses.

    Gani Tuss Nr Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture & heat. do not store in the bathroom.
