Guai Vent Pse Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Guai Vent Pse: Take it drug by mouth. it must be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew medication. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication as directed. do not increase dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. it is recommended to drink plenty about fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Guai Vent Pse side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur 1'st some days as your body adjusts to medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because this medication may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness and avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Guai Vent Pse Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history about seizures. this drug must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with your healthcare professional. It's not known if this medication appears in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Guai Vent Pse drug interactions: Tell you're doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug since depression, drug for high blood pressure. Tell youre healthcare professional if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or physician approval.
Guai Vent Pse Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, quick or irregular heartbeat, and seizures.
Guai Vent Pse special notes: do not share it product with others.
If you missed Guai Vent Pse dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost clock for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Guai Vent Pse Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture and sunlight. don't store in bathroom.
