Therefore, It's best not to eat, drink, or rinse you're mouth for 30 minutes after taking this. Calcium (including milk & dairy products), aluminum, & magnesium-containing products (e.g., certain antacids or laxatives) can decrease absorption of fluoride, thereby decreasing Its effectiveness. Take this med some hours apart from such products/foods.
