Simethicone drops - oral

Simeped Usage: Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in digestive tract. It's used to relieve symptoms of excess gas & flatulence.

How to use Simeped: Take this medication by mouth as prescribed, usually after meals and at bedtime. Shake well before measuring each dose. These drops may be swallowed directly or mixed with water. for infants, use only as directed by their doctor.

Simeped side effects: this med is generally well tolerated when used as directed. there no reports of any side effects due to it medication. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Simeped Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: other illnesses, allergies. Tell your physician if you pregnant before using this med. It's not known if simethicone passes into breast milk. Though their have been no reports (to date) of harm to nursing infants, consult your physician before using this drug.

Simeped drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take including any antacids or digestive medication since several combination goods may also contain simethicone. do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.

Simeped Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately.

Simeped special notes: If you experience problems with gas, limit foods known to cause gas & bloating such as beans, cabbage, broccoli & peanuts. Ask youre doctor or a dietician for help in reviewing your diet.

If you missed Simeped dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near clock for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Simeped Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Drops may also be stored in the refrigerator to improve taste. don't store in bathroom.
