Benzoyl peroxide - topical

Benzagel Wash Usage: Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat mild to moderate acne.
How to use Benzagel Wash: this drug is for topical use on the affected area only. Avoid using this in the eyes, mouth and nose, & on inflamed or damaged skin. the liquid wash or bar soap is used instead of soap one time or 2 times a day. Wet the skin before applying this. Gently work up a lather & rinse thoroughly. do not scrub the skin. Creams, lotions or gels usually applied once or twice day to the affected area. a small amount bit is applied to affected area and rubbed in gently. Pads: Wash affected area of skin with a mild cleanser and water then dry it. next apply pad, usually once or twice a day to the skin as directed.
Benzagel Wash side effects: Slight stinging, dryness & peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, notify you're doctor if the following effects occur: redness, irritation, scaly eruptions, rash. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or physician.
Benzagel Wash Precautions: Tell your doctor your medical history, especially: other skin problems, any allergies. it drug may bleach hair & colored clothing. Avoid contact. Safe use of benzoyl peroxide in kid under 12 years old has not been established. Benzoyl peroxide should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with you're healthcare professional. It's not known if this drug is excreted into breast milk. Though they're have no reports (to date) about harm to nursing infants, consult you're physician before breast-feeding.
Benzagel Wash drug interactions: Tell your doctor about every medicines you may use, both prescription & nonprescription, especially: other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Benzagel Wash Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Benzagel Wash special notes: this medication is available in many forms such as lotion, cream, gel or cleanser & in various strengths (2.5% to 10%). few can be purchased with out prescription. Discuss the various products with your doctor or pharmacist to determine best one for you.
If you missed Benzagel Wash dose: Use missed dose as soon as you remember & resume your regular dosing schedule.
Benzagel Wash Storage: Store between 59 and 76 degrees F (15 and 24.4 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight.
