Siltussin Sa Usage: this drug is used to relieve a dry cough & helps to loosen phlegm & mucous in the lungs so you can 'cough-up' (expectorate) mucous.

How to use Siltussin Sa: Take each dose of this drug with full glass of water. Water will also help break-up the mucous and clear congestion. Drink plenty of fluids while taking this pill, unless your healthcare professional instructs you otherwise. do not take this medication for chronic, persistent cough such as occurs with smoking or asthma unless directed by your doctor. If the cough lasts for more than one week, tends to recur, or is accompanied by fever, headache or rash, consult your physician.

Siltussin Sa side effects: this drug can cause stomach upset or rash. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre pharmacist or pharmacist.

Siltussin Sa Precautions: If you have any of the following health problems, consult your pharmacist before using this medication: breathing problems such as emphysema/chronic bronchitis/asthma, smoking, any allergies. it medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with some your doctor. it is not known if this drug is excreted in to breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Siltussin Sa drug interactions: Tell some your healthcare professional of all medicines you may use, (both prescription & nonprescription), especially: other cough-and-cold medicines. Guaifenesin may affect results of certain lab tests. Be sure some your caregivers are aware you use this medicine before lab tests are performed. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

Siltussin Sa Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, fatigue, weakness, dizziness, & unusually slow heartbeat.

Siltussin Sa special notes: this medication comes in a variety of dose forms such as tablets, capsules, long acting tablets or capsules & syrup. Ask some your doctor or doctor to recommend the best product for you.

If you missed Siltussin Sa dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if Its almost time for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.

Siltussin Sa Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in bathroom. don't freeze liquid forms about this med. do not store syrup in refrigerator.
