Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride Usage: Vitamins the building blocks of the body. They are used to prevent or treat vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy. Fluoride is used to prevent dental cavities.

How to use Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride: Take as directed. Food may affect absorption of certain vitamin products. Also, fluoride absorption may be decreased with food/dairy products high in calcium. Consult your pharmacist for more details about taking this with food. If using drops, measure the dose carefully using dropper provided. Drops may be swallowed directly or added to liquid or mixed with small amount of food such as applesauce. fluoride in this liquid product can be absorbed directly into teeth as you swallow this, as well as being absorbed in to your system from your stomach. Therefore, it is best not to eat, drink, or rinse your mouth for 30 minutes after taking it. Calcium (including milk and dairy products), aluminum, & magnesium-containing products (e.g., certain antacids or laxatives) can decrease absorption of fluoride, thereby decreasing It's effectiveness. Take this pill several hours apart from such products/foods.

Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride side effects: most people can take this medication with minimal side effects; stomach upset may occur. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre pharmacist or pharmacist.

Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride Precautions: this med should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breast-feeding.

Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride drug interactions: Tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take. don't start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or doctor approval.

Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, blood in vomit, tiredness, increased salivation, tingling, & seizures.

Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride special notes: this is important to keep this & every drugs out of reach about children. Accidental ingestion of big amounts of fluoride can cause severe stomach upset. Vitamins contained in foods we eat. Its important to maintain well balanced diet. check the fluoride content of you're water supply by asking local town or city officials. Fluoride supplements not necessary if water contains greater then 0.7 ppm. If your water supply changes, check with your pharmacist or dentist to determine if extra fluoride is still necessary.

If you missed Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered. If it is almost clock for the following dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' doses.

Multi Vit Iron & Fluoride Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from heat & sunlight. Store liquid form in the original plastic container. don't store at bathroom.
