Rondec Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms about allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining & improve breathing.
How to use Rondec: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking it medication, unless your healthcare professional instructs you otherwise. If symptoms do not improve after 7 days or are accompanied by high fever, notify your healthcare professional. do not increase dose or take it more frequently then recommended. the suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.
Rondec side effects: may cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform your healthcare professional. Notify your doctor if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing in ears, difficulty urinating. can cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Rondec Precautions: Tell you're physician you're medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, high blood pressure, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, drug allergies. money this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your doctor promptly if this contains PPA or if you are uncertain it product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. this drug must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding. do not give this drug to kid younger than six years of age unless directed to do so by a doctor.
Rondec drug interactions: Tell your doctor what drugs you take, especially of: high blood pressure drugs, anti-seizure pills, antidepressants, sleeping meds, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain medication, another cold or allergy med. don't take this drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or healthcare professional approval.
Rondec Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose at adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

If you missed Rondec dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time since the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
