C Complex Usage: Ascorbic acid (also known as vitamin C) is used to treat & prevent vitamin C deficiency. Vitamin C deficiency can lead to to scurvy.
How to use C Complex: Take it med with a full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) of water unless your physician directs you otherwise. don't lie down for 30 minutes after taking it drug. Chewable pills must be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with glass of water. Timed-release capsules or meds must be swallowed whole. don't crush or chew them. Mix the powder form in glass of juice or water. Stir well & drink immediately.
C Complex side effects: this drug may cause stomach upset, diarrhea, mouth sores, or frequent urination. Promptly consult you're doctor if any of these effects persist or worsen. Tell some your doctor immediately if any symptoms of kidney stones develop, such as: abdominal/back pain, painful urination. If you missed C Complex dose: If you miss a dose, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.
