Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate Usage: this medication is used to treat swelling, inflammation, or itching of skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis, rashes, insect bites, poison ivy, allergies & another irritations.

How to use Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate: Clean & dry the affected area before applying the medication. To apply, gently massage small amount of the medication into affected region and surrounding skin. do not bandage, wrap or cover the area treated unless you instructed to do so by your doctor. do not use plastic pants or tight fitting diapers on child being treated with this medication in the diaper area. Avoid using this tablet around eyes unless directed to do so by youre pharmacist.

Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate side effects: this medication may cause burning, stinging, itching, or redness when first applied to the skin. this should disappear in a few days as you're body adjusts to medication. this medication may also cause skin thinning & discoloration. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform your pharmacist. Skin infections can become worse when using this med. Notify your healthcare professional if redness, swelling or irritation does not improve. Very unlikely to occur but report promptly the following side effects: unusual weakness, weight loss, nausea/vomiting, fainting, dizziness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or doctor.

Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate Precautions: do not use this medication near eyes if you have glaucoma. Treatment with clobetasol, halobetasol propionate & augmented betamethasone dipropionate beyond 2 weeks consecutively is not recommended. do not use if theyre is an infection or sores present on the area to be treated. Though very unlikely, It's possible this medication will be absorbed into youre bloodstream. this may have undesirable consequences that may require additional corticosteroid treatment. it is especially true for child and for those who have used this since an extended period if they also have serious medical problems such as serious infections, injuries or surgeries. this precaution applies for up to one year after stopping use about it drug. Consult you're pharmacist or doctor for more details. this med must be used cautiously during pregnancy and only if clearly needed. Discuss benefits & risks with some your healthcare professional. Small amounts of this tablet may appear in breast milk. Consult with you're physician before breast-feeding.

Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate drug interactions: Tell youre doctor about all drugs you may use, (both prescription and nonprescription), especially of: prednisone (or similar drugs), other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine without physician or physician approval.

Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate special notes: Inform every your healthcare professionals you use (or have used) this drug. do not share it medication with others.

If you missed Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if It's almost clock for following dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Hm Hydrocortisone Acetate Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.
