    Eye lubricant - ophthalmic

    Tearisol Usage: it medication is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.

    How to use Tearisol: Use this drug at the eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands 1st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch dropper or top of ointment tube or let this touch your eye. Tilt your head back, gaze upward & pull down the lower eyelid to make a pouch. for drops, place the dropper directly over eye & administer prescribed number about drops. look downward and gently close your eye since 1 to two minutes. Place one finger in corner of eye near the nose & apply gentle pressure. this will prevent the medication from draining away from eye. for ointment, hold the tube directly over the eye & gently squeeze small ribbon about ointment in to the eye. Slowly roll you're eye in every directions to spread ointment. Try not to blink & do not rub eye. do not rinse dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using other eye medicines, wait at least five minutes before applying other medications.

    Tearisol side effects: this medication may temporarily sting your eyes when 1st applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome or the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve within some days, inform your doctor. Vision may be temporarily unstable since some minutes after applying this. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify you're pharmacist if you develop: skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness in or around the eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or doctor.

    Tearisol Precautions: Tell some your healthcare professional if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. Tell some your doctor if you pregnant before using it med. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult your doctor before you breast-feed.

    Tearisol drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, especially of: other eye medication. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

    Tearisol Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Tearisol special notes: few goods contain preservatives which may cause irritation at persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss various products with your health care professional.

    If you missed Tearisol dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if It's near the time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Tearisol Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard this if the solution isn't clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
