Guaifenesin with pseudoephedrine - oral capsule, tablet

Versacaps Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with a cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Versacaps: Take this medication by mouth. it should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew the medication. If stomach upset occurs, it may be taken with food or milk. Take this tablet as directed. do not increase the dose or take it more often or longer then prescribed. It's recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Versacaps side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur first some days as some your body adjusts to medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your doctor if you develop: chest pain, a rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficulty urinating (men only), difficulty sleeping. Because it drug may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness and avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or physician.
Versacaps Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, hypertension, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history of seizures. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your physician. It's not known if this medication appears at breast milk; consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Versacaps pill interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take including: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug since depression, pill for HBP. Tell your pharmacist if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in the last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. don't start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.
Versacaps Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, fast or irregular heartbeat, & seizures.
Versacaps special notes: don't share this product with others.
If you missed Versacaps dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if It's almost clock for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Versacaps Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
