Fungizone Usage: this drug is to be used for treatment of oral candidiasis, an oral fungal infection.
How to use Fungizone: Shake well before using. Use marked dropper provided to drop 1 milliliter (ml) on tongue four times per day between meals or as directed. Swish the medication in youre mouth for at least one or 2 minutes before swallowing. this drug may also be applied by swabbing affected area with a non-absorbent swab. Follow youre doctor's directions carefully. When using this method, leave drug in mouth as long as possible.
Fungizone side effects: Stomach or intestinal problems including nausea, vomiting or diarrhea may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, contact your physician. Very unlikely to occur but notify some your pharmacist immediately if you experience any about following: skin eruptions/rash, itching, swelling. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're healthcare professional or pharmacist.
Fungizone Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially of: other illnesses, kidney problems, allergies (especially drug allergies). Notify your doctor if symptoms worsen or the infection reoccurs. Amphotericin oral suspension should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It's not known if this drug is excreted into breast milk. Using this drug while breast-feeding isn't recommended. Consult your doctor.
Fungizone med interactions: Tell your doctor or doctor of all other drugs you take (both prescription and nonprescription). don't start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.
Fungizone Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe nausea and vomiting.
Fungizone special notes: do not allow anyone else to use this medication.
If you missed Fungizone dose: If you miss dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use this if it is near the clock for following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Fungizone Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. Keep tightly closed. do not store at the bathroom. do not freeze.
