    Guaifenesin/decongestant/antihistamine - oral

    P Chlor Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. Antihistamines relieve runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose and throat & itchy, watery eyes. this combination tablet is used to treat symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis & other respiratory illnesses.

    How to use P Chlor: Take it medication as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. don't increase your dose or take it more much about times than directed. this drug is best taken with full glass of water after meal or snack.

    P Chlor side effects: Dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea or dry mouth may occur 1-st several days as your body adjusts to the pill. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. To avoid dizziness and lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify you're pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, difficulty urinating, tremors, nervousness, hallucinations. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

    P Chlor Precautions: Tell some your healthcare professional if you have: kidney problems, heart disease, lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, allergies (especially medication allergies). dollars it product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Limit some your intake about alcoholic beverages while taking it drug. don't start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

    P Chlor Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, drowsiness, abnormal tongue movement, slurred speech, or seizures.

    P Chlor special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this medication. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

    If you missed P Chlor dose: If you miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if It's near the time for following dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    P Chlor Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store in bathroom.
