My doctor just prescribed this to me and told me it would be okay. I read a lot of comments posted from other people and the stories were horrifying. I am scared to death. Has anyone tried it and had any positive outcomes from it?

Side Effects : Sore at injection site, blood pressure up, nothing major
Review : I have had two shots so far and so far no major side effects. Two weeks before my period was to start, i had some bleeding but that stopped after a few days. Have not had my regular period. After 2nd shot, have has some soreness at the injection site, but not too bad. No hot flashes, have had times that i am warm, but that is manageable. Nothing major unlike some of the ones that have posted. My blood pressure has been up twice when I went to get the shots, but since I already have High Blood Pressure and take meds for it, not sure if that is a side effect. I have been waiting for the side effects and am happy that so far I have not had any of the major ones. I feel fine, tired at times, but not too bad. Since this is the 2nd shot, I guess I am still waiting. Will know if this drug is working or not when I have a ultrasound in a few weeks and then see my doctor soon after.
