How to use V R Vit C W Rose Hips: Take this drug with full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) about water unless youre physician directs you otherwise. do not lie down for 30 minutes after taking this pill. Chewable tablets should be chewed thoroughly before swallowing followed with glass about water. Timed-release capsules or tablets should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew them. Mix powder form at glass of juice or water. Stir well and drink immediately.
