Metoprolol Tartrate side effects: You may experience dizziness, lightheadedness, drowsiness, & blurred vision as youre body adjusts to medication. Use caution engaging at activities requiring alertness. Because metoprolol reduces blood circulation to the extremities, your hands & feet may be more susceptible to the cold. Dress warm.
