Tazidime Usage: Cephalosporins are antibiotics used to treat wide variety of bacterial infections, such as respiratory tract infections, skin infections & urinary tract infections.
How to use Tazidime: Antibiotics work best when amount of medicine at your body is kept at constant level. this is done by administering med at evenly spaced intervals throughout day & night. Continue to use this medication until the full prescribed time is finished even if symptoms disappear after a few days. Stopping the medication too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in relapse about infection. Before using, USD product visually for particles or discoloration. If either is present, do not use it.
Tazidime side effects: An allergic reaction to this medication is unlikely, but seek immediate medical attention if this occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: itching, swelling, dizziness, rash, trouble breathing. Report promptly: vomiting, severe stomach cramps, watery or bloody diarrhea, fever, unusual weakness, fast/pounding heartbeat. Unlikely but report promptly: yellowing eyes & skin, persistent sore throat, simple bruising or bleeding, change in amount of urine, seizures. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Tazidime Precautions: Tell your physician you're medical history, especially of: kidney problems, liver problems, stomach problems, alcohol usage, allergies (especially allergies to penicillins, cephalosporins or other drugs). Use of this pill for prolonged or repeated periods may result in secondary infection (e.g., oral, bladder or vaginal yeast infection). this drug should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. for small amounts of drug appear in breast milk, consult some your pharmacist before breast-feeding.
Tazidime drug interactions: Tell your pharmacist of all prescription & nonprescription medications you may use, especially of: 'blood thinners' (e.g., warfarin), live vaccines. Certain cephalosporins (your drug belongs to this class about drugs) can interact strongly with alcohol. do not drink alcohol while using it drug & for 72 hours after last dose has been injected. Consult you're doctor or pharmacist about medication prescribed for you & the use of alcohol. it drug may interfere with effectiveness of birth control pills. Discuss using other methods of birth control with your physician. If you diabetic, use Clinistix or TesTape to test for sugar at your urine. do not use Clinitest tablets because this drug may cause false positive results. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Tazidime Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact some your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include seizures.
Tazidime special notes: Make sure needles, tubing & supplies stored safely & disposed of properly.
If you missed Tazidime dose: If you should miss dose, use it as soon as remembered unless it is almost clock for the following dose. If it is nearly time for following dose, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose.
Tazidime Storage: this medication must be stored properly. Review storage instruction with some your physician or physician. Store dry powder vials at room temperature away from sunlight. cash expiration time before using reconstituted solution.
