Cefaclor Er Usage: Cefaclor is an antibiotic used to treat a wide variety of bacterial infections such as respiratory tract infections, middle ear infections, skin infections & urinary tract infections.

How to use Cefaclor Er: Cefaclor works best when amount of medicine in youre body is kept at constant level. Do this by taking medication at evenly spaced intervals throughout day & night. this medication works best when taken with food. Continue to take it tablet until full prescribed amount is finished even if symptoms disappear after several days. Stopping the tablet too early may allow bacteria to continue to grow resulting in relapse of infection.

Cefaclor Er side effects: it medication may cause stomach upset, diarrhea, loss of appetite, nausea, & vomiting. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your physician promptly. Unlikely to occur but report: fever, easy bleeding or bruising, a change in amount of urine, seizures. at unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this drug, seek immeditial medical attention. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.

Cefaclor Er Precautions: Before taking this medication, tell your doctor you're medical history especially of: kidney disease, stomach problems, any allergies. Use of it pill for prolonged or repeated periods may result in a secondary infection (e.g., oral, bladder or vaginal yeast infection). Tell you're physician if you pregnant before using this tablet. Cefaclor is excreted into breast milk. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult youre doctor before you breast-feed.

Cefaclor Er drug interactions: Tell your physician of every prescription and nonprescription drugs you may use especially about: probenecid. this drug may interfere with the effectiveness of birth control pills.
