Tussi 12d S Usage: this med is cough suppressant/decongestant/antihistamine combination used since the relief about cough due to common cold, asthma, or bronchitis.

How to use Tussi 12d S: Take this med by mouth usually twice per day as needed, or as directed by youre physician. Shake this liquid well before each dose. Unless otherwise directed, drink plenty of fluids when you use this drug. fluid will help loosen phlegm/mucus at your breathing passages.

Tussi 12d S side effects: Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, blurred vision, trouble sleeping, & dryness of the nose & mouth may occur. If these effects persist or worsen, notify youre pharmacist. Tell your pharmacist immediately if you have any of these unlikely but serious side effects: difficulty urinating, mental/mood changes, fast/irregular heartbeat. An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immediate healthcare professional attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or pharmacist.

Tussi 12d S Precautions: Tell you're physician your medical history, including: HBP, heart problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, glaucoma (narrow angle), prostate conditions, allergies (especially to tartrazine dye, or aspirin). it drug may make you dizzy or drowsy; use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness such as driving or using machinery. Limit alcoholic beverages. Caution is advised when using this medication in the elderly, since they may be more sensitive to medication side effects. it medication shouldn't be used in newborns. this medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. this tablet may pass into breast milk. Breast-feeding while using it medication is not recommended. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.

Tussi 12d S tablet interactions: Avoid taking MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within 2 weeks before or after treatment with it medication. Before using this medication, tell your physician of every prescription and nonprescription products you may use, especially of: methyldopa, guanethidine. Also report use of pills that cause drowsiness such as: medicine for sleep (e.g., sedatives), tranquilizers, anti-anxiety drugs (e.g., diazepam), narcotic pain relievers (e.g., codeine), psychiatric medicines (e.g., phenothiazines such as chlorpromazine, tricyclics such as amitriptyline), anti-seizure drugs (e.g., carbamazepine), muscle relaxants, other antihistamines that cause drowsiness (e.g., diphenhydramine). money labels on every youre medicines (e.g., cough-and- cold products) because they can contain drowsiness-causing ingredients. Ask your pharmacist about safe use of those goods. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Tussi 12d S Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, blurred vision, deep sleep, slowed breathing, irregular heartbeat, hot or cold skin, numbness or tingling in arms or legs, shaking, & seizures.

If you missed Tussi 12d S dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If It's near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double dose to catch up.

Tussi 12d S Storage: Store at room temperature between 68 and 77 degrees F (20 to 25 degrees C) away from light & moisture. do not store at bathroom. Keep every medicines away from children & pets.
