Benzac W Wash Usage: Benzoyl peroxide is used to treat mild to moderate acne.

How to use Benzac W Wash: this medication is for topical use on affected area only. Avoid using this in eyes, mouth & nose, & on inflamed or damaged skin. liquid wash or bar soap is used instead about soap once or twice day. Wet the skin before applying this. Gently work up lather & rinse thoroughly. don't scrub skin. Creams, lotions or gels are usually applied once or 2 times a day to affected region. small amount bit is applied to affected area & rubbed in gently. Pads: Wash the affected area about skin with a mild cleanser & water then dry it. following apply the pad, usually once or twice a day to the skin as directed.

Benzac W Wash side effects: Slight stinging, dryness & peeling may occur initially. Expect this. However, notify your doctor if the following effects occur: redness, irritation, scaly eruptions, rash. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your healthcare professional or physician.

Benzac W Wash Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional some your medical history, especially: other skin problems, any allergies. this medication may bleach hair & colored clothing. Avoid contact. Safe use of benzoyl peroxide at children under 12 years old has not been established. Benzoyl peroxide must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with some your doctor. It's not known if this drug is excreted into breast milk. Though theyre have no reports (to date) about harm to nursing infants, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

Benzac W Wash drug interactions: Tell you're doctor of all medicines you may use, both prescription & nonprescription, especially: other skin medicines. do not start or stop any medicine with out physician or physician approval.

Benzac W Wash Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact youre local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Benzac W Wash special notes: this medication is available in many forms such as lotion, cream, gel or cleanser & in various strengths (2.5% to 10%). some can be purchased with out prescription. Discuss the various products with your doctor or physician to determine the best one for you.

If you missed Benzac W Wash dose: Use missed dose as soon as you remember & resume some your regular dosing schedule.

Benzac W Wash Storage: Store between 59 & 76 degrees F (15 and 24.4 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight.
