Triactin Cold Cough Usage: Dextromethorphan is cough suppressant. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. Antihistamines relieve runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose and throat & itchy, watery eyes. it combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with the common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis & another respiratory illnesses.

How to use Triactin Cold Cough: Take this medication as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase youre dose or take it more many about times then directed. Capsules and long-acting meds must be swallowed whole with full glass of water. don't crush or chew them. long action will be destroyed and chance of side effects will be increased. liquid suspension form of this med must be shaken well before using.

Triactin Cold Cough side effects: Dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea or dry mouth may occur the first few days as your body adjusts to drug. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. To relieve dry mouth, suck on (sugarless) hard candy or ice chips, chew (sugarless) gum, drink water or use saliva substitute.
