    Guaifenesin with dextromethorphan - oral

    V R Tussin Dm Clear Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant which helps to loosen mucus. Dextromethorphan is cough suppressant. it combination medication is used to treat cough associated with common cold, allergies and other respiratory illnesses.

    How to use V R Tussin Dm Clear: Take this med as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take this more many times than directed. Capsules & long-acting pills must be swallowed whole with a full glass about water. don't crush or chew them. long action will be destroyed and the chance about side effects will be increased.

    V R Tussin Dm Clear side effects: Headache, dizziness, loss of appetite, nausea or vomiting may occur 1'st several days as your body adjusts to drug. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop any of these effects while taking this drug: skin rash, trouble breathing. Use caution driving or operating machinery if this pill makes you feel dizzy. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.

    V R Tussin Dm Clear Precautions: Tell your doctor some your medical history, especially of: lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), any allergies. it pill should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with you're healthcare professional. since small amounts of this drug found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

    V R Tussin Dm Clear drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may take including: MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

    V R Tussin Dm Clear Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, blurred vision, slowed breathing, and seizures.

    V R Tussin Dm Clear special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this pill. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

    If you missed V R Tussin Dm Clear dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if It's near the clock for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    V R Tussin Dm Clear Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store in the bathroom.
