Quad Tann Usage: Carbetapentane is a cough suppressant. Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. Antihistamines relieve runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose & throat and itchy, watery eyes. this combination med is used to treat symptoms associated with common cold, allergies, hay fever, sinusitis and other respiratory illnesses.

How to use Quad Tann: Take this medication as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take it more many times than directed. this medication is best swallowed whole with a full glass of water.

Quad Tann side effects: Dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea or dry mouth may occur 1-st several days as you're body adjusts to med. Flushing, sun sensitivity and nervousness may also occur. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre doctor. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake about alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify you're doctor if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, HBP, tremors, hallucinations. If you notice another effects not listed above, contact some your doctor or physician.

Quad Tann Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease (e.g., asthma, emphysema), high blood pressure, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, parkinsonism, myasthenia gravis, depression, allergies (especially drug allergies). it medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with your physician. since small amounts of this medication found in breast milk, consult your pharmacist before breast-feeding.

Quad Tann medication interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take, including: blood pressure tablets, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping pills, MAO inhibitors (e.g., linezolid, furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), narcotic pain medications (e.g., codeine). Limit you're intake of alcoholic beverages while taking this pill. don't start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or healthcare professional approval.

Quad Tann Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, seizures, large pupils, dry mouth, hot & flushed skin, drowsiness, deep sleep or loss of consciousness, & slowed or rapid breathing.

Quad Tann special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this drug. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

If you missed Quad Tann dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if It's near the time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Quad Tann Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in the bathroom.
