Diocto C Usage: this medication is used for the short-term treatment about constipation.

How to use Diocto C: Take each dose with full glass of water or juice & drink plenty about fluids while taking this medication. Laxatives should not be used at persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.

Diocto C side effects: it drug may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform some your pharmacist. this med may cause urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. do not be alarmed. Its not harmful. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: rectal bleeding, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, persistent constipation. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your physician or physician.

Diocto C Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, HBP, edema, allergies (especially to tartrazine). Prolonged, frequent or excessive use of laxatives may lead to dependency. this medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss the risks & benefits with your healthcare professional. Consult your pharmacist before using any medication while breast-feeding.

Diocto C drug interactions: Because laxatives may interfere with the absorption of some meds, it is important to tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. don't start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or healthcare professional approval.

Diocto C Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss about appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack of feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.

Diocto C special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, it is important to drink plenty about fluids (4 to 6 eight ounce glasses a day), increase your intake about fiber & roughage & exercise regularly.

If you missed Diocto C dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if Its near the clock for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Diocto C Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & moisture. do not store in the bathroom.
