Sf 5000 PLUS Usage: Sodium fluoride makes teeth more resistant to decay & bacteria that cause cavities. this medication is used to prevent cavities. it fluoride supplement is used when drinking water contains low fluoride levels (less than 0.7 parts per million).

How to use Sf 5000 PLUS: this is best used once daily just before bedtime after routine brushing and flossing or as directed by your doctor. Apply thin ribbon of medicine to toothbrush and brush thoroughly for two minutes or as directed. Adults: after use, spit out excess. for best results, do not eat, drink or rinse for 30 minutes. Age 6 to 16: after use, spit out excess and rinse mouth thoroughly.

Sf 5000 PLUS side effects: Inform your pharmacist if you experience mouth or gum irritation while using this drug. If some your teeth become stained or change color, notify your dentist. Nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, diarrhea, headache or muscle twitches may occur if it medication is accidentally swallowed. If these symptoms occur, contact your pharmacist. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or healthcare professional.

Sf 5000 PLUS Precautions: Tell your doctor you're medical history, especially of: any allergies, kidney problems, joint pain. If you live in an area where drinking water is fluoridated, inform you're physician. Before using this medicine, tell your doctor if you pregnant. it isn't known if this drug is excreted at to breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.

Sf 5000 PLUS drug interactions: Tell your physician of every prescription & nonprescription medications you may use. don't start or stop any medicine with out doctor or pharmacist approval.

Sf 5000 PLUS Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, excess saliva, stomach pain, diarrhea, irritability, seizures, & loss of consciousness.

Sf 5000 PLUS special notes: Fluoride is found in tea, fluoridated water & fish eaten with bones such as sardines.

If you missed Sf 5000 PLUS dose: If you miss dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Sf 5000 PLUS Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. As with every medications, keep out of the reach of children.
