Peri Colace Usage: this tablet is used for the short-term treatment of constipation.
How to use Peri Colace: Take each dose with full glass about water or juice & drink plenty about fluids while taking it medication. Laxatives should not be used in persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.
Peri Colace side effects: this medication may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. it drug may cause urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. do not be alarmed. It's not harmful. Notify your physician if you develop: rectal bleeding, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, persistent constipation. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or healthcare professional.
Peri Colace Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, edema, allergies (especially to tartrazine). Prolonged, frequent or excessive use about laxatives may lead to dependency. this medication should be used during pregnancy only if clearly needed. Discuss risks & benefits with some your doctor. Consult youre healthcare professional before using any medication while breast-feeding.
Peri Colace drug interactions: Because laxatives may interfere with absorption of few drugs, Its important to tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Peri Colace Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack of feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.
Peri Colace special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, it is important to drink plenty of fluids (4 to six eight ounce glasses a day), increase your intake of fiber & roughage & exercise regularly.
If you missed Peri Colace dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Peri Colace Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & moisture. do not store in bathroom.
