    Naltrexone hcl - oral

    Warning: Naltrexone can cause liver problems when given at doses that too large. Stop using it medication and notify your doctor immediately if symptoms about liver problems develop, such as abdominal or stomach pain, yellowing eyes or skin, or dark urine. this drug must not be used in patients who already have liver problems (e.g., hepatitis, liver failure).

    Depade Usage: this med is used to maintain drug-free state in those previously addicted to opiates. it is used in combination with behavior adjustment programs & only after having completed detoxification program. Naltrexone is also used in treatment of alcoholism. this med must not be used in persons currently dependent on narcotics.

    How to use Depade: this medication should be used under close medical supervision. Take it as directed. don't increase your dose, take this more many times or stop taking this without 1st consulting your healthcare professional.

    Depade side effects: Anxiety, nervousness, headache, sleeping trouble, stomach upset, nausea, sneezing, nasal stuffiness, muscle pain, decreased sexual function or desire, blurred vision, thirst, ringing in the ears, weakness and tiredness may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, inform your healthcare professional. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: skin rash, confusion, mood changes, hallucinations, vomiting, severe diarrhea, breathing trouble. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or doctor.

    Depade Precautions: Tell you're doctor you medical history, especially: liver disease, any alcohol or drug use, any allergies. this medication blocks effects of narcotics and heroin. However, big doses of heroin or narcotics can overcome it block & may cause serious injury, coma & even death. Make sure you understand completely risks & benefits of using this med. Follow youre healthcare professionals instructions closely. this drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with some your healthcare professional. it is not known if this drug is excreted into breast milk. Consult you're physician before breast-feeding.

    Depade drug interactions: Tell youre pharmacist of all over-the-counter and prescription medication you may use, especially: cough medication, diarrhea tablet, narcotic medication. do not start or stop any medicine with out doctor or physician approval.

    Depade Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include yellowing eyes or skin; dark urine, fever, or fatigue.

    Depade special notes: this is recommended you carry or wear medical identification stating you taking it tablet so that appropriate treatment canbe given in a medical emergency.

    If you missed Depade dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Depade Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.

    Medical alert: your condition can cause complications in medical emergency.
