    Potassium guaiacolsulfonate/decongestant - oral

    Kgs Pe Usage: Potassium guaiacolsulfonate is an expectorant used to help loosen & clear mucus. Decongestants help relieve a stuffy nose, promote sinus draining, and improve breathing. this combination medication is used to treat symptoms associated with common cold, allergies, sinusitis, or bronchitis.

    How to use Kgs Pe: Take this drug by mouth as directed with full glass (8 oz or 240 ml) about water. do not increase dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. It's recommended to drink plenty about fluids while taking this drug, unless your pharmacist instructs you otherwise. If your symptoms don't improve after 7 days or if you develop high fever, notify your doctor promptly.

    Kgs Pe side effects: Nausea, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, restlessness, nervousness, or trouble sleeping may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your healthcare professional or healthcare professional promptly. Tell some your doctor immediately if any about these unlikely but serious side effects occur: chest pain, rapid heart rate, shaking/tremor, trouble breathing, weakness, blurred vision, difficulty urinating. An allergic reaction to this med is unlikely, but seek immeditial medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or physician.

    Kgs Pe Precautions: this pill shouldn't be used if you have certain medical conditions. Before using this medicine, consult youre physician or pharmacist if you have: severe HBP, severe heart/blood vessel disease (coronary artery disease). Before using it medication, tell your doctor or pharmacist you're medical history, especially of: heart problems, HBP, lung disease, kidney disease, thyroid disease (hyperthyroidism), diabetes, glaucoma, problems urinating (e.g., enlarged prostate), any allergies. this drug may make you dizzy or drowsy; use caution engaging at activities requiring alertness such as driving or using machinery. Avoid alcoholic beverages. Caution is advised when using this drug in elderly because they may be more sensitive to the effects of drug. this medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with youre doctor. this isn't known whether it drug passes into breast milk. Due to potential risk to the infant, breast-feeding while using this drug isn't recommended.

    Kgs Pe drug interactions: this tablet must not be used with or within 14 days of taking MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid,moclobemide, phenelzine procarbazine, selegiline, isocarboxazid,tranylcypromine). If you are currently using any about these medications, tell you're doctor or pharmacist before starting this product. Before using this med, tell your doctor or pharmacist of all prescription & nonprescription products you may use, especially of: tricyclic anti-depressants (e.g., amitriptyline, doxepin), adrenalin-like tablets (e.g., ephedrine, methylphenidate), certain hypertension medications (e.g., guanethidine, methyldopa, reserpine, beta-blockers such as propranolol), indomethacin, herbal products containing ephedra. do not start or stop any medicine without healthcare professional or pharmacist approval.

    Kgs Pe Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include: vomiting, slow/fast/irregular heartbeat, or seizures.

    Kgs Pe special notes: do not share this medication with others.

    If you missed Kgs Pe dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If this is near time of following dose, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not double the dose to catch up.

    Kgs Pe Storage: Store at room temperature between 68 & 77 degrees F (20-25 degrees C) away from light and moisture. don't store in bathroom. Keep all medicines away from children & pets.
