Perfect Choice Usage: this medication contains fluoride. Fluoride makes teeth more resistant to decay & bacteria that cause cavities. this med is used as topical gel application since the teeth.

How to use Perfect Choice: it med is used as topical gel to be applied with a toothbrush. Use once or 2 times per day after thorough brushing & flossing. Shake excess water from toothbrush. Apply gel liberally to toothbrush (cover bristle surface completely). Brush all surfaces of teeth for 1 minute. Be sure to swish gel around & between teeth. Expectorate (spit out) any excess. do not swallow gel. do not rinse mouth, eat or drink for 30 minutes after using.

Perfect Choice side effects: this medication may cause staining of teeth or tongue. the stains can be removed by some your dentist. Changes in taste can also occur while using this drug. If it medication is accidentally swallowed, stomach upset or nausea may occur. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Perfect Choice Precautions: Tell youre healthcare professional your medical history, especially: every illnesses, if you on low-salt diet, if you live in an area where the drinking water is fluoridated, allergies (especially to fluoride). this fluoride supplement is used when drinking water contains low fluoride levels (less than 0.7 parts per million). this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss the risks & benefits with your healthcare professional.

Perfect Choice medication interactions: Tell some your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription med you may take. do not start or stop any medicine with out healthcare professional or physician approval.

Perfect Choice Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, excess saliva, stomach pain, diarrhea, irritability, seizures, and loss of consciousness.

Perfect Choice special notes: Fluoride is found at tea, fluoridated water & fish eaten with bones such as sardines.

If you missed Perfect Choice dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use if it is almost clock for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Perfect Choice Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight. Avoid freezing.
