    Guaifenesin/decongestant/narcotic antitussive liquid - oral

    Kg Fed Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant that loosen mucus. the decongestant relieves nasal stuffiness. the low-dose narcotic antitussive helps control cough. it combination pill is used to treat cough and relieve symptoms associated with common colds, allergies, & other respiratory illnesses.

    How to use Kg Fed: this med is best taken with, or after, a meal or snack. Take this medication as prescribed. do not increase your dose or take this more often than directed.

    Kg Fed side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea or anxiety may occur the 1st several days as your body adjusts to tablet. If any about these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify some your doctor if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, painful or difficult urination, tremors, nervousness, trouble sleeping, hallucinations. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or physician.

    Kg Fed Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: kidney problems, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, HBP, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, a history about drug dependency, any allergies. Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness if this drug causes you to feel drowsy. cash this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your physician promptly if it contains PPA or if you uncertain this product has PPA. it product should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your healthcare professional. at least one about the ingredients in this combination product is known to be excreted in to breast milk. Consult youre healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

    Kg Fed drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take, including: blood pressure drugs, antidepressants, MAO inhibitors (e.g., selegiline, linezolid, furazolidone, phenelzine, tranylcypromine), cimetidine. do not start or stop any medicine without pharmacist or healthcare professional approval.

    Kg Fed Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include slow or shallow breathing, slow heart rate, small pupils, severe drowsiness, or unconsciousness.

    Kg Fed special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this medication. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

    If you missed Kg Fed dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if It's near the time for the following dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

    Kg Fed Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.
