How to use Decohistine Dh: Take this drug as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take this more often than directed. this drug is best taken with a full glass about water after meal or snack.

Decohistine Dh side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss of appetite, nausea, stomach upset or dry mouth may occur first several days as you're body adjusts to the medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from a seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit youre intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness if this medication causes you to feel drowsy. Decohistine Dh drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take, including: blood pressure pills, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping pills, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), cimetidine, narcotic pain med (e.g., codeine). Limit your intake of alcoholic beverages while taking this medication. don't start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or doctor approval.

Decohistine Dh Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include drowsiness, headache, dizziness, weakness, profuse sweating, slow or fast heartbeat, slow or shallow breathing, hyperactivity, fever, seizures, or unconsciousness.

Decohistine Dh special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this drug. it will help to break up mucus & clear congestion.

If you missed Decohistine Dh dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if Its near clock for next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

Decohistine Dh Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. do not store at the bathroom.
