Ear Gesic Usage: Benzocaine is an anesthetic. Antipyrine is pain reliever. Phenylephrine relieves congestion. it combination medication is used to relieve pain, swelling and irritation in ear.
How to use Ear Gesic: for best effects, this medication must be used as directed. Apply ear drops to affected ears as follows: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch dropper or let it touch you're ear. If tablet has been refrigerated, hold bottle in your hand since a some minutes to warm it. If the drops suspension (not solution) shake well for 10 seconds before using. Lie on you're side or tilt affected ear up. Place dropper directly over the ear and administer the prescribed number of drops. To help drops roll in to ear, at adults, hold the earlobe up & back & in child, hold the earlobe down and back. Keep head tilted since minute & insert soft cotton plug loosely into ear. don't rinse dropper.
Ear Gesic side effects: this medication may temporarily sting or burn some your ear for minute or two when applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify some your doctor immediately if you develop: skin rash, itching/burning/redness in or around the ears. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or healthcare professional.
Ear Gesic Precautions: Tell your doctor if you have: other infections, allergies (especially pill allergies). this medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy or while breast-feeding. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor.

If you missed Ear Gesic dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take this if It's near the time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Ear Gesic Storage: this may be stored in refrigerator or in room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. Discard this if solution turns brown, cloudy or contains particles.
