Percolone Usage: it drug is used to relieve moderate to severe pain.
How to use Percolone: Take by mouth exactly as directed by youre healthcare professional. Take with food or milk to minimize or prevent stomach upset. it med is usually taken every 12 to 6 hours (2 to four times daily). do not increase youre dose, take it more frequently or use it for a longer period of clock than prescribed because it drug canbe habit-forming. Also, if used for an extended period of clock, don't suddenly stop using it medication without your doctor's approval. Over clock, it drug may not work as well as this did at the beginning. Consult your physician if it med is not relieving the pain sufficiently.
Percolone side effects: may cause constipation, lightheadedness, stomach upset, dizziness, drowsiness, nausea and flushing. If these effects persist or worsen, contact youre healthcare professional. Notify your healthcare professional if you develop: irregular heartbeat, anxiety, tremors, seizures. in unlikely event you have an allergic reaction to this tablet, seek healthcare attention immediately. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.
Percolone Precautions: Before using this drug, tell youre healthcare professional your medical history, especially of: severe diarrhea, stomach or intestinal disorders, breathing problems, kidney or liver disease, history about alcohol use, drug dependence, any medication allergies. Alcoholic beverages may increase the effects of it drug causing dizziness or lightheadedness. Limit alcohol intake. Use caution engaging in activities requiring alertness such as driving. Caution is advised when using this drug in elderly because they may be more sensitive to the effects of this drug. medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with your pharmacist. Oxycodone is excreted in to breast milk. Though no problems have been reported in nursing infants, consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.
Percolone drug interactions: Before using this drug, tell your physician of every the drugs you may use, both prescription and nonprescription, especially about: cimetidine, other narcotic pain relievers, sleep tablets, meds for mental/mood conditions, alcohol use. many cough-and-cold preparations contain ingredients that may add to the drowsiness effects of oxycodone. Consult your pharmacist or doctor before using any such medications. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.
Percolone Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms about overdose may include cold & clammy skin, low body temperature, slowed breathing, slowed heartbeat, drowsiness, dizziness, lightheadedness, deep sleep, and loss about consciousness.
Percolone special notes: do not share this medication with others. it is against law.
If you missed Percolone dose: If you should miss a dose, take it as soon as remembered unless It's almost time for next dose. If it is nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose.
Percolone Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 & 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
