Pseudoephedrine W Guaifenesin Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous & congestion. Pseudoephedrine is decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. it combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.

How to use Pseudoephedrine W Guaifenesin: Take this tablet by mouth. it should be swallowed whole. don't crush or chew med. If stomach upset occurs, it may be taken with food or milk. Take this med as directed. do not increase the dose or take it more often or longer than prescribed. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses a day) to help relieve congestion.

Pseudoephedrine W Guaifenesin side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss of appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur first few days as youre body adjusts to the pill. Tell your pharmacist if you have taken any MAO inhibitors in the last two weeks: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. do not start or stop any medicine with-out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
