Warning: do not use oral and/or injectable ketorolac for mild or chronic pain nor should they're combined use go longer than three days. this pill must not be injected into the spine. Use only amount prescribed. do not use it drug if you in labor, breast-feeding, have stomach problems (e.g., peptic ulcer), major kidney problems, bleeding problems, severe dehydration, or if you having surgery. don't use ketorolac while using aspirin or another NSAIDs (e.g., ibuprofen). 'Blood thinners' (e.g., heparin, warfarin) should be used with extreme caution. Because this tablet may cause severe allergic reaction, appropriate medical help must be on hand, especially for 1'st dose. do not use ketorolac if you are allergic to aspirin, NSAID or ketorolac itself. Seek immediate doctor attention if an allergic reaction occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include rash, itching, swelling, dizziness, or trouble breathing. Elderly patients, those weighing less than 110-lbs (50kg), & those with mild kidney problems must not exceed 60mg/day when using injectable form of it tablet.

Ketorolac Tromethamine side effects: Stomach upset is the most common side effect. Nausea, vomiting, bloating, gas, loss of appetite, sweating, dizziness, drowsiness, blurred vision, dry mouth, irritation at the injection site & abnormal tastes may also occur. If these effects become bothersome or severe, notify your healthcare professional. Inform youre doctor promptly if you develop: ringing in ears, vision changes. If you notice any about following unlikely but very serious side effects, stop taking this medication & consult your physician or pharmacist immediately: black stools, persistent stomach/ abdominal pain, vomit that looks like coffee grounds. Ketorolac Tromethamine Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe stomach pain, coffee ground-like vomit, dark stool, ringing in ears, change in amount of urine, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, muscle weakness, slow or shallow breathing, confusion, severe headache or loss of consciousness.

If you missed Ketorolac Tromethamine dose: If you on a regular dosing schedule, use missed dose as soon as possible but not if It's almost time since next dose. If It's time for the next dose, skip missed dose & resume your regular schedule. do not 'double-up' dose.
