Ex Lax Maximum Relief Usage: Irritant or stimulant laxatives used to treat constipation & to clear the intestine before rectal or bowel examinations.

How to use Ex Lax Maximum Relief: Take each dose with a full glass of water or juice & drink plenty of fluids while taking it drug. Chewable pills are to be chewed thoroughly. tablets are to be swallowed whole with full glass of water. Wafers to be chewed. Laxatives shouldn't be used in persons experiencing stomach cramps, nausea or vomiting.

Ex Lax Maximum Relief side effects: it med may cause diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, rectal irritation, stomach cramps or bloating. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your pharmacist. Notify your pharmacist if you experience: rectal bleeding, rapid heart rate, weakness, dizziness, fainting, sweating, skin rash, unrelieved constipation. this med may cause the urine to turn pink, red or brownish in color. do not be alarmed. It's not harmful. Prolonged, frequent or excessive use of laxatives may lead to dependency. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or healthcare professional.

Ex Lax Maximum Relief Precautions: Tell your pharmacist your medical history, especially of: kidney disease, heart disease, HBP, swelling (edema), any allergies (especially to tartrazine). Castor oil is not recommended for use during pregnancy. Bulk producing laxatives an alternative. Discuss risks & benefits with your doctor. Consult your doctor before using any tablet while breast-feeding.

Ex Lax Maximum Relief med interactions: Because laxatives may interfere with absorption of several medications, It's important to tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take. Avoid the use of dairy products or antacids within one hour of taking bisacodyl meds. do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

Ex Lax Maximum Relief Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include severe diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, muscle cramps, weakness, lack of feeling alert, or dry gums & eyes.

Ex Lax Maximum Relief special notes: To maintain normal bowel habits, it is important to drink plenty of fluids (4 to 6 eight ounce glasses a day), increase your intake of fiber & roughage and exercise regularly.

If you missed Ex Lax Maximum Relief dose: If you miss dose, take this as soon as remembered; do not take it if It's near the clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume some your usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
