De Chlor HD Usage: Decongestants relieve nasal stuffiness. the low-dose narcotic antitussive helps control a cough. antihistamine is for relief from sneezing, runny nose, water eyes. this combination product is used to treat symptoms associated with common colds, allergies, hay fever & other respiratory illnesses.

How to use De Chlor HD: Take it medication as prescribed. Be sure to follow instructions closely. do not increase your dose or take this more often than directed. this med is best taken with a full glass of water after meal or snack.

De Chlor HD side effects: Dizziness, drowsiness, headache, loss about appetite, nausea, stomach upset or dry mouth may occur 1st few days as your body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform you're pharmacist. To avoid dizziness & lightheadedness when rising from seated or lying position, get up slowly. Also limit your intake of alcoholic beverages which will aggravate these effects. Notify your physician if you develop: chest pain, rapid pulse, skin rash, high blood pressure, difficulty urinating, tremors, nervousness, hallucinations, breathing trouble. De Chlor HD Precautions: Tell youre healthcare professional if you have: kidney disease, heart disease, lung disease, asthma, emphysema, HBP, an overactive thyroid, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate trouble, depression, history about medication dependency, any allergies. Use caution performing tasks requiring alertness if this drug causes you to feel drowsy. money this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. De Chlor HD tablet interactions: Tell some your doctor about any over-the-counter or prescription pill you may take, including: blood pressure tablets, antidepressants, sedatives, tranquilizers, sleeping pills, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), cimetidine, narcotic pain medication (e.g., codeine). Limit your intake of alcoholic beverages while taking it drug. don't start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.

De Chlor HD Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, headache, dizziness, weakness, profuse sweating, slow or fast heartbeat, slow or shallow breathing, hyperactivity, fever, seizures, or unconsciousness.

De Chlor HD special notes: Drink plenty of fluids, especially water while taking this pill. it will help to break up mucus and clear congestion.

If you missed De Chlor HD dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take it if it is near time for the following dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

De Chlor HD Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store at bathroom.
