Acetaminophen/isometheptene/dichloralphenazone - oral

Va Zone Usage: it med is used to relieve migraine & tension headaches.
How to use Va Zone: Take this medication exactly as prescribed. do not increase your dose or take this more much of times than directed. for migraine headaches, take two capsules in 1st sign of an attack. then take one capsule all hour as needed until headache is relieved. do not take more than 5 capsules at a 12 hour period. in tension headaches, usually no more then 8 capsules a day are recommended. do not exceed maximum dose prescribed. this medication contains acetaminophen. do not take more acetaminophen then recommended (see Side Effects section).
Va Zone side effects: Dizziness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. If this effect continues or becomes bothersome, inform your doctor. If you do not have liver problems, the adult maximum dose of acetaminophen is 4 grams daily (4000 milligrams). If you take more then the maximum per day amount, it may cause serious (possibly fatal) liver disease. Tell your healthcare professional immediately if you have any of next symptoms about liver damage: severe nausea, yellowing eyes or skin, dark urine, stomach pain, extreme fatigue. An allergic reaction to it tablet is unlikely, but seek immediate doctor attention if it occurs. Symptoms about an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling, severe dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact youre doctor or pharmacist.
Va Zone Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional if you have: heart disease, glaucoma, kidney disease, liver disease, HBP, allergies (especially drug allergies). it product contains acetaminophen. Acetaminophen may cause liver damage. per day use of alcohol, especially when combined with acetaminophen, may increase you're risk for liver damage. check with your pharmacist or doctor for more info. it medication should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risks and benefits with your doctor. since small amounts of this pill found in breast milk, consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Va Zone drug interactions: Tell you're healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take or have recently taken, including: antidepressants, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine). Acetaminophen is an ingredient in many nonprescription products & at some combination prescription medications. Read labels carefully before taking another pain relievers, fever reducers, or cold products to look if they also contain acetaminophen. Consult your physician if you uncertain if your other prescription or nonprescription products contain acetaminophen. (Also look maximum daily dose information in Side Effects section). do not start or stop any medicine with out pharmacist or pharmacist approval.
Va Zone Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include: severe nausea, vomiting, yellowing eyes or skin, stomach pain, dark urine, extreme fatigue, headache, agitation, low body temperature, rapid & shallow breathing, unusually rapid or slow heartbeat, & unresponsiveness.
Va Zone special notes: Use caution while driving or doing tasks requiring alertness as it pill may cause drowsiness or dizziness. Notify you're pharmacist if this medication fails to relieve your headaches.
If you missed Va Zone dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; don't take it if it is near the time for the next dose, instead, skip the missed dose and resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Va Zone Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.
