Tolnaftate Antifungal Usage: this drug is used to treat fungal skin infections.

How to use Tolnaftate Antifungal: Clean & dry the affected area before applying the drug. To apply, gently massage very small amount bit of the medication to the affected area and surrounding skin. Continue to use tablet as prescribed for full time prescribed. Stopping therapy too early may not clear the infection, causing it to return. Cover with a bandage only if instructed to do so by you're healthcare professional. it may take one week before any improvement is seen. If no improvement is seen after 4 weeks, consult youre pharmacist. another pill may be necessary. do not apply this medication into eyes, nose or mouth; use carefully when applying close to these areas.

Tolnaftate Antifungal side effects: this medication may cause burning, stinging or redness when first applied to skin. this should disappear in a few days as your body adjusts to the med. If these effects persist or worsen, inform your physician promptly. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your physician or pharmacist.
