    Antihistamines with decongestants - oral

    Simular Drugs : Pseudoephedrine, Pseudoephedrine 60 PLUS, Pseudoephedrine Cold & Allergy, Pseudoephedrine Gg, Pseudoephedrine Guaifenesin DM, Pseudoephedrine HCL, Pseudoephedrine PLUS, Pseudoephedrine Sinus, Pseudoephedrine W Chlorphenir, Pseudoephedrine W Guaifenesin, Pseudoephedrine W Hydrocodone

    Pseudoephedrine PLUS Usage: Antihistamines provide relief of symptoms of allergies such as rash, hives, watery eyes, runny nose, itching eyes & sneezing. Decongestants relieve congestion, promote sinus draining & improve breathing.

    How to use Pseudoephedrine PLUS: May be taken with food or milk to prevent stomach upset. it is recommended to drink plenty of fluids while taking this tablet, unless your pharmacist instructs you otherwise. If symptoms don't improve after 7 days or are accompanied by high fever, notify your doctor. don't increase dose or take this more frequently than recommended. the suspension dosage form must be shaken well before each use.

    Pseudoephedrine PLUS side effects: can cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, loss of appetite, stomach upset, blurred vision, restlessness, irritability & dry mouth and nose. These effects should subside as your body adjusts to medication. If they persist or become bothersome, inform some your healthcare professional. Notify you're healthcare professional if you develop: breathing difficulties, heart pounding, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, ringing at ears, difficulty urinating. can cause dizziness especially when rising quickly from a seated or lying position. Change positions slowly & be careful on stairs. Use caution engaging at activities requiring alertness. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or doctor.

    Pseudoephedrine PLUS Precautions: Tell some your pharmacist you're medical history, especially of: asthma, glaucoma, ulcers, difficulty urinating due to an enlarged prostate gland, heart disease, hypertension, seizures, an overactive thyroid gland, tablet allergies. check this product's ingredient list for phenylpropanolamine (PPA). the FDA has issued warnings regarding PPA side effects. Consult your doctor promptly if it contains PPA or if you are uncertain this product has PPA. do not drink alcoholic beverages. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Consult you're pharmacist before breast-feeding. don't give this drug to children younger than 6 years of age unless directed to do so by a doctor.

    Pseudoephedrine PLUS drug interactions: Tell your healthcare professional what tablets you take, especially of: high blood pressure drugs, anti-seizure drugs, antidepressants, sleeping pills, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, narcotic pain medication, other cold or allergy drug. do not take this drug if you have taken an MAO inhibitor (e.g., furazolidone, linezolid, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine) within last two weeks. do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or pharmacist approval.

    Pseudoephedrine PLUS Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose in children may include dizziness, nausea/vomiting, abnormal eye movements, flushed face, dry mouth, change in amount of urine, fever, excitation, agitation, unconsciousness, bizarre behavior, confusion, restlessness, irritability, delirium, twitching, tiredness, abnormal tongue movement, trembling extremities, slurred speech, or seizures. Symptoms of overdose in adults may include nausea/vomiting, drowsiness, dizziness, or unconsciousness, which may be followed by excitement or seizures.

    Pseudoephedrine PLUS special notes: do not share this product with others.

    If you missed Pseudoephedrine PLUS dose: If you miss a dose, take as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.

    Pseudoephedrine PLUS Storage: Store at room temperature away from sunlight and moisture.
