Formulation R Usage: this combination medication is used to temporarily shrink hemorrhoids & to relieve the itching, burning, & discomfort caused by hemorrhoids.

How to use Formulation R: Before using, clean the affected area by gently patting with cleaning tissue. Dry area by gently patting with piece about dry tissue or clean cloth. Remove protective cover from applicator tip, attach applicator tip to medication tube, & lubricate the applicator tip. Gently insert applicator tip into rectum and apply a little bit of this drug up to four times per day; or as directed by youre healthcare professional. Apply some medication to the external region around the rectum as well. After each use, clean applicator tip well & replace the protective cover. Inform you're healthcare professional if you're condition does not improve in 7 days.

Formulation R side effects: No side effects are expected to occur. If side effects occur, notify some your doctor promptly. If you notice any of following unlikely but very serious side effects, stop using this medication & consult you're pharmacist or pharmacist immediately: bleeding from the rectum, increased pain (after inserting applicator tip). If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or pharmacist.

Formulation R Precautions: Tell some your doctor your medical history, especially about: heart disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, diabetes, prostate problems (enlarged prostate), any allergies. Tell youre healthcare professional if you are pregnant before using this medication. it isn't known if this drug passes into breast milk. Consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

Formulation R drug interactions: Tell youre healthcare professional about all prescription and nonprescription drug you may use, especially: HBP medicine, MAO inhibitors (e.g., furazolidone, isocarboxazid, linezolid, moclobemide, phenelzine, procarbazine, selegiline, tranylcypromine), SSRI antidepressants (e.g., fluoxetine, sertraline). do not start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or doctor approval.

Formulation R Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. it medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Formulation R special notes: for rectal and/or external use only.

If you missed Formulation R dose: If you miss dose, use it as soon as you remember. If this is near clock about next dose, skip the missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not double the dose to catch up.

Formulation R Storage: Store at room temperature less than 80 degrees F (27 degrees C).
