Meperidine HCL Usage: it drug is a narcotic analgesic used to relieve moderate to severe pain.
How to use Meperidine HCL: this drug is given by injection. Because this medication is more effective for preventing pain than treating once it occurs, it is usually given regularly (every 2-4 hours) since a short clock. Use this tablet exactly as directed by your physician. don't increase your dose, use it more frequently or use it for longer period of time than prescribed because this drug can be habit-forming. Meperidine HCL Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact you're local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include cold and clammy skin, slowed breathing, slowed heart rate, lightheadedness, deep sleep, and loss of consciousness.

If you missed Meperidine HCL dose: If you miss dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near the clock for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Meperidine HCL Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (between 15 and 30 degrees C) away from heat & light. do not store in bathroom.
