Men's One daily Usage: Vitamins are building blocks about the body. They used to prevent or treat vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during pregnancy.

How to use Men's One per day: Take as directed. Food may affect absorption about certain vitamin goods. However, some vitamin products may be best taken with food. Consult your pharmacist.

Men's One per day Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry stools.

If you missed Men's One daily dose: Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is almost time for the following dose. Instead, skip missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
