Bronkosol Usage: this med works in the lung to dilate breathing passages making breathing easier. it is used to prevent and treat bronchospasm in persons with certain lung diseases.
How to use Bronkosol: it med is inhaled in to lungs using special breathing (nebulizer) equipment usually four times a day. Measure proper amount of medication as directed. a health care professional will demonstrate the proper way to prepare the med & use equipment. Make sure you understand how to operate the machine & ask any questions you may have. Use as directed. do not increase your dose or use more frequently than directed. Excessive use may lead to loss of effectiveness while increasing chance for side effects. don't stop using this medication without first consulting some your doctor.
Bronkosol side effects: Tremor, nervousness, shakiness, headache, nausea, lightheadedness, difficulty sleeping, unusual taste in mouth, increased appetite, muscle cramps, flushing or dry throat may occur 1st several days as you're body adjusts to medication. If any of these effects continue or become bothersome, inform youre doctor. Notify your physician if you develop: rash, rapid heartbeat, chest pain, dizziness, coughing, wheezing or breathing trouble. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your healthcare professional or physician.
Bronkosol Precautions: Tell your physician if you have: heart problems, chest pain, diabetes, high blood pressure, thyroid problems, seizures, strokes, allergies (especially medication allergies). this medication must be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks & benefits with your pharmacist. Its not known if this medication appears in breast milk. Consult your physician before breast-feeding.
Bronkosol medication interactions: Tell some your healthcare professional of any over-the-counter or prescription tablet you may take, including: blood pressure meds, chest pain medications, diabetes drugs, antidepressants. don't start or stop any medicine without physician or healthcare professional approval.
Bronkosol Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include headache, dizziness, fast or irregular heartbeat, nausea, vomiting, chest pain, & nervousness.
Bronkosol special notes: If this medication appears to be losing Its effectiveness, notify youre doctor. a change in your therapy may be necessary.
If you missed Bronkosol dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use it if it is near time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. don't 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Bronkosol Storage: Store unopened solution at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat and light. don't store in the bathroom. Discard if solution turns brown or contains particles.
