Hypotonic Tears Usage: it pill is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.
How to use Hypotonic Tears: Use it drug in the eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands first. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or top about the ointment tube or let it touch youre eye. Tilt you're head back, gaze upward and pull down lower eyelid to make pouch. for drops, place the dropper directly over the eye & administer prescribed number of drops. look downward and gently close your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger at corner about the eye near nose and apply gentle pressure. it will prevent the drug from draining away from the eye. for ointment, hold the tube directly over the eye & gently squeeze a small ribbon of ointment into eye. Slowly roll you're eye in all directions to spread ointment. Try not to blink and don't rub the eye. do not rinse dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using other eye medicines, wait at least five minutes before applying other medications.
Hypotonic Tears side effects: this med may temporarily sting you're eyes when 1'st applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome or the condition for which this was prescribed does not improve within several days, inform your physician. Vision may be temporarily unstable for few minutes after applying this. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify you're healthcare professional if you develop: skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness in or around eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your pharmacist or healthcare professional.
Hypotonic Tears Precautions: Tell youre healthcare professional if you have: other illnesses, any allergies. Tell your physician if you are pregnant before using it medication. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult you're pharmacist before you breast-feed.
Hypotonic Tears drug interactions: Tell your doctor of any over-the-counter or prescription drug you may use, especially of: other eye medication. do not start or stop any medicine with out physician or physician approval.
Hypotonic Tears Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.
Hypotonic Tears special notes: few products contain preservatives which can cause irritation in persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss various products with you're health care professional.
If you missed Hypotonic Tears dose: If you miss a dose, use this as soon as remembered; do not use this if It's near the time for the next dose, instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' dose to catch up.
Hypotonic Tears Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard this if solution is not clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
