Guaifenesin with phenylephrine - oral

Gripex Pe Usage: Guaifenesin is an expectorant used to help clear mucous and congestion. Phenylephrine is decongestant which helps relieve nasal congestion. this combination drug is used to treat symptoms associated with cold, allergies or respiratory tract illness.
How to use Gripex Pe: Take this drug by mouth. tablets should be swallowed whole. do not crush or chew them. If stomach upset occurs, this may be taken with food or milk. Take this medication as directed. do not increase dose or take it more many times or longer than prescribed. this is recommended to drink plenty of fluids (6-8 glasses day) to help relieve congestion.
Gripex Pe side effects: Nausea, stomach upset, loss about appetite, nervousness, dizziness, or headache may occur the first some days as your body adjusts to the medication. If these effects continue or become bothersome, inform your doctor. Notify your pharmacist if you develop: chest pain, rapid heart rate, anxiety, fear, difficult or painful urination, difficulty sleeping. Because this med may cause dizziness, use caution performing tasks requiring alertness and avoid consuming alcohol which can aggravate this effect. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or physician.
Gripex Pe Precautions: Tell your healthcare professional if you have: pre-existing heart disease, kidney disease, liver disease, lung disease, emphysema, high blood pressure, overactive thyroid, diabetes mellitus, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, an enlarged prostate, history of seizures. it drug should be used only if clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss risk & benefits with your healthcare professional. this is not known if this med appears in breast milk; consult your doctor before breast-feeding.
Gripex Pe medication interactions: Tell your pharmacist of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may take including: sleeping tablets, sedatives, tranquilizers, muscle relaxants, drug for depression, drug since HBP. Tell your doctor if you have, in the last two weeks, taken any MAO inhibitors: furazolidone, phenelzine, selegiline, tranylcypromine, linezolid. don't start or stop any medicine without physician or pharmacist approval.
Gripex Pe Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. Symptoms of overdose may include headache, dizziness, blurred vision, unusually fast or slow heartbeat, numbness about the fingers, vomiting, drowsiness, fatigue, or seizures.

If you missed Gripex Pe dose: If you miss dose, take it as soon as remembered; do not take if it is almost time for next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume you're usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.
Gripex Pe Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from moisture & sunlight. do not store in the bathroom.
