    Steroid & antibiotic eye drops

    Pred G Usage: it med is used to treat eye infections.

    How to use Pred G: for maximum effect, it tablet must be used routinely as prescribed. Continue using it for full time prescribed. Stopping this drug too soon may not clear the infection & could result in a relapse of the infection. If the product is suspension, shake it well before each dose. To apply eye drops, wash hands 1st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any another surface. Tilt your head back, gaze upward & pull down the lower eyelid to make pouch. Place dropper directly over eye & administer prescribed number of drops. look downward and gently close your eye since 1 to two minutes. Place one finger at the corner about eye near the nose & apply gentle pressure. this will prevent tablet from draining away from eye. Try not to blink & don't rub the eye. do not rinse the dropper. If you are using another kind about eye drop, wait at least five minutes before applying other meds.

    Pred G side effects: it medication may temporarily sting you're eyes since a minute or 2 when you 1st use it. If stinging persists or worsens, inform your healthcare professional promptly. Tell your doctor immediately if you have any of these unlikely but serious side effects: vision changes. If using eye drops with chloramphenicol, notify your healthcare professional immediately if you experience: persistent sore throat, fever, simple bleeding or bruising. An allergic reaction to this drug is unlikely, but seek immeditial medical attention if it occurs. Symptoms of an allergic reaction include: rash, itching, swelling (including in or near eyes), dizziness, trouble breathing. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact you're doctor or pharmacist.

    Pred G Precautions: Tell your doctor you're medical history, especially about: eye surgeries, eye problems, contact lens use, any allergies. Vision may be temporarily blurred or unstable after applying eye drops. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. it tablet must be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. Its not known if it form about it medication passes into breast milk at large enough amounts to affect nursing infant. Consult your healthcare professional before breast-feeding.

    Pred G med interactions: Tell some your doctor or pharmacist of every prescription & nonprescription medications you may use, especially of: other eye medicines. don't start or stop any medicine with-out doctor or physician approval.

    Pred G Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

    Pred G special notes: this tablet has been prescribed for some your current condition only. do not use it later for another infection or give it to someone else. different medication may be necessary.

    If you missed Pred G dose: If you miss dose, apply it as soon as remembered; do not use if It's almost time for the next dose. Instead, skip missed dose & resume your usual dosing schedule. don't double the dose to catch up.

    Pred G Storage: Store eye drops in a cool, dark place away from moisture and sunlight. don't store in bathroom. do not freeze. Discard solution (but not the suspension) if this turns cloudy or contains particles.
