Eye lubricant - ophthalmic

Hypotears choose Usage: this tablet is used to relieve dry, irritated eyes.

How to use Hypotears choose: Use this medication in the eye as directed. To apply eye ointment/drops: Wash hands 1st. To avoid contamination, be careful not to touch the dropper or top about ointment tube or let this touch you're eye. Tilt you're head back, gaze upward & pull down lower eyelid to make pouch. for drops, place the dropper directly over eye and administer prescribed number of drops. look downward and gently close your eye for 1 to 2 minutes. Place one finger in the corner of the eye near the nose and apply gentle pressure. this will prevent the medication from draining away from eye. for ointment, hold the tube directly over the eye & gently squeeze a small ribbon of the ointment into the eye. Slowly roll your eye in all directions to spread the ointment. Try not to blink and do not rub the eye. do not rinse dropper. Wash hands after use. If you are using another eye medicines, wait at least five minutes before applying other medications.

Hypotears select side effects: it drug may temporarily sting you're eyes when 1'st applied. If this continues or becomes bothersome or condition for which this was prescribed does not improve within several days, inform your pharmacist. Vision may be temporarily unstable for few minutes after applying it. Use caution if driving or performing duties requiring clear vision. Notify your physician if you develop: skin rash, itching, eye pain or redness at or around eyes, headache. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact some your physician or physician.

Hypotears select Precautions: Tell your pharmacist if you have: another illnesses, any allergies. Tell your physician if you are pregnant before using it med. Though, to date, no problems have been noted in nursing infants, consult your healthcare professional before you breast-feed.

Hypotears select med interactions: Tell your physician of any over-the-counter or prescription medication you may use, especially about: other eye medication. do not start or stop any medicine with-out healthcare professional or physician approval.

Hypotears select Overdose: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. this medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

Hypotears choose special notes: some products contain preservatives which may cause irritation in persons with allergies or damage soft contact lenses. Discuss various products with your health care professional.

If you missed Hypotears select dose: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as remembered; do not use this if it is near the time since next dose, instead, skip the missed dose & resume youre usual dosing schedule. do not 'double-up' the dose to catch up.

Hypotears select Storage: Store at room temperature between 59 & 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from heat. Discard this if solution is not clear or colorless. Close cap tightly after each use.
